Looking for an extremely agile and resourceful Deputy Hotel Manager to join our team!

Responsible for all aspects of the operation with regard to pre-opening of a Hotel in Johannesburg. Pre-opening responsibilities include but not limited to keeping all MEP up to running condition, Airconditioning, heating, soft renovation of rooms and facilities.

About You

· A Bachelors’ degree in hospitality, operations or business management or a relevant field.

· 10 years post qualification experience in Africa, ideally as a 5-star Hotel

· Experience in property and hospitality management, engineering and facilities management.

· Good command of the English language, written and Oral.

· Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results

· In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector

· Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets

· Knowledge of the hotel property management systems

· Accountable and resilient

· Ability to work under pressure
